Let the games begin! Spend the week competing in different, fun games, sports and activities. Campers will earn points and represent their team’s country through a variety of events! Do you have what it takes to earn a gold medal?

There are so many cool ways that we can use science and scientific inventions to understand the natural world around us! We will build a variety of creations built around understanding nature, with lessons on things like meteorology, as well as making inventions that directly harness the powers and attributes of the natural world.

Gotta Catch ‘em All! In Pokémon camp, we will be focusing on everything Pokémon! We will be trading and battling with Pokémon cards, making cool Pokémon crafts from accessories to statuettes to our very own cards (not for official use of course) and many things in between; playing Pokémon-related games to test your abilities as a Pokémon trainer, as well as trivia to test your Poké-knowledge. Come join the adventure at Pokémon camp!

Surf's Up! Master the waves and hit the beach! Join our experienced friends at Surf Sessions and learn surfing techniques, water safety, and an appreciation for the ocean. Campers surf for half of the day and then come back to the JCC to participate in traditional camp activities. This camp is open to surfers of all skill levels, and all equipment is provided.

Prerequisite: Participants must be able to swim

Are you interested in learning a musical skill/instrument, but not sure, which is your favorite? Second and third graders have a rare and thrilling opportunity at our amazing 4-week camp. Campers will learn the fundamentals of playing the recorder, keyboard, violin, African drums, make instruments, and learn voice techniques. No previous experience required. Campers will also get to enjoy all the traditional Camp Jaycee activities. Get ready to make music and have a blast!

Get ready to mix, stretch, squish, and slime! In Slime Camp, slime lovers will dive hands-first into the ultimate sensory experience as they learn how to create slime using common household ingredients. Campers will experiment with a variety of fun add-ins and techniques to craft the thickest, stretchiest, ooey-gooiest slime imaginable. Expect messy fun, creative exploration, and endless smiles as campers perfect their slime-making skills!

Get ready for a week of high-energy competition and nonstop fun! Campers will spend the week competing in a variety of exciting games, sports, and challenges while earning points and proudly representing their team’s country. From teamwork to friendly rivalry, every event brings campers one step closer to victory. Do you have what it takes to go for the gold?

This creative intensive lets campers follow their passion—on stage, on screen, or behind the scenes. Campers choose one focused discipline for the full two weeks to build skills, confidence, and creativity.

Choose one elective:

• Film Making / Film Acting: Learn on-camera and behind-the-scenes skills and create videos to share with family and friends.

• Dances of the World: Explore global dance styles and perform a favorite dance at week’s end.

• Recycled in Style Fashion: Turn recycled materials into wearable designs while learning basic sewing and sustainability.

Each day blends intensive workshops with classic camp fun like swimming, arts & crafts, and music—ending with a final project premiere!
