Shabbat Market
Your joyful stop before Shabbat begins. Browse local vendors, pick up fresh challah and prepared foods, and find simple ways to make your table feel special. Come as you are, take your time, and enjoy a warm, welcoming community moment.
Jewish Community Symphony
Formerly TICO, this is an audition-based orchestra for intermediate to advanced musicians. Members rehearse regularly and perform a full concert season featuring classical and contemporary works. It offers a structured, high-level musical experience with opportunities to grow technique, collaborate, and perform on stage.
Shabbat San Diego
A community-wide initiative that brings people together to celebrate Shabbat across San Diego. Through coordinated dinners, gatherings, and shared rituals, individuals and families take part in a collective experience of rest, connection, and tradition. It offers a simple and meaningful way to engage with Shabbat in community.
Z3@SAN
A community program that brings people together to explore the relationship between Israel and Jewish life today. Through panels, conversations, and cultural events, participants engage with diverse perspectives and ideas shaping the Jewish future. It creates space for open dialogue, learning, and connection across different backgrounds.
Holidays & Celebrations
Celebrate and reflect throughout the year with community gatherings for major Jewish holidays and Israeli commemorations. From joyful events like Yom HaAtzmaut to meaningful moments like Yom HaZikaron and Yom HaShoah, these programs bring people together through culture, memory, and tradition. Each event offers a way to connect, learn, and take part in shared experiences.

Youth
ATID
ATID, which means “future” in Hebrew, is a joyful program for Jewish children in TK through 5th grade. It’s a place where kids can be themselves, build friendships, and feel a strong sense of belonging.
Through hands-on activities, music, art, and conversation, children explore Jewish values in a way that feels fun and meaningful. Each gathering brings the group closer, helping kids grow as individuals while becoming part of a connected community.
Programs meet twice a month on Saturday afternoons, from 4:30 to 7:30 pm, as Shabbat comes to a close with Havdalah. Register for the full series to give your child the full experience.
Teen
Pride in the Tribe
Pride in the Tribe is a welcoming space for teens ages 13 to 18 to connect, create, and be fully themselves. Open to LGBTQ+ teens, allies, and anyone looking for an inclusive Jewish community, this program is rooted in respect, belonging, and pride.
Teens build real friendships while exploring identity, values, and what it means to show up for one another. Through conversations, creative projects, and shared experiences, participants find support, confidence, and a sense of community that feels safe and real.
Programs include Shabbat dinners, holiday celebrations, bi-weekly hangouts, teen-led discussions, and opportunities for leadership and community service. Come as you are and find your people here. Register to get involved and join the community.

PezeksMan Club
Pesek Zman Club is a lively gathering for Hebrew speakers to connect, converse, and share in Jewish culture. It’s a space where language brings people together and friendships grow naturally.
Each month, participants come together for engaging discussions, guest speakers, and cultural moments, all in Hebrew. Along the way, the group celebrates holidays, explores ideas, and enjoys time together in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
The club meets on the third Tuesday of each month, with special gatherings throughout the year. Drop in for a session or join as a member to make it part of your routine.
Seniors
Jewish Grandparents San Diego
Grandparents hold the stories, traditions, and love that connect generations. This program brings Jewish grandparents and grandchildren together to learn, celebrate, and spend meaningful time with one another.
Through shared experiences like hands-on activities, holiday celebrations, and community service, families build lasting memories while deepening their connection to Jewish life. In partnership with Jewish Family Service and Coastal Roots Farm, each gathering is rooted in values like l’dor v’dor, passing traditions from one generation to the next.
Hannukah Happening
It’s a chance for families and friends to gather, play, create, and celebrate together. Start the day with a community run that brings people together in the spirit of light and energy, then settle in for a day filled with hands-on fun and connection.
From art projects and creative craft stations to classic Hanukkah favorites like dreidels and gelt, every corner offers something to explore. Kids can build, design, and play, while adults can relax, connect, and enjoy the festive atmosphere. With music, food, and activities happening throughout, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at their own pace.
