LGBTQ+ teens and allies (ages 13–18) will explore sustainable farming, food justice, and Jewish wisdom through hands-on gardening and the “Chopped Challenge.” Together, we’ll engage in meaningful conversations about fair access to fresh food, connect with the land, and learn how regenerative practices help grow healthier communities.

Back by popular demand, Shalomaland returns for a second season to explore San Diego’s Jewish history! Guided by Dr. Joellyn Zollman, we’ll visit key sites and uncover the city’s vibrant Jewish legacy, from pioneer Louis Rose to visionary Jonas Salk, in this four-session class.
