Honoring 80 Years of Camp Jaycee Magic!

Feel the magic in the air...
The Campfire Gala celebrates more than eight decades of Camp Jaycee, honoring the friendships, Shabbats, and ruach (spirit) that have shaped generations of campers and staff, and created a true sense of belonging. This year, we invite you to gather around a new kind of campfire; one that illuminates the past while inspiring the future of Camp Jaycee. Through endless summer nostalgia, heartfelt stories, and a few sparks of camp magic, we’ll celebrate the lasting impact of Jewish camp. Join us to support the programs that ensure every child can grow and thrive within a vibrant Jewish community.

Help us light the Campfire
Most of the fundraising is happening prior to the event. Please consider sponsoring the Campfire Gala or "raising your philanthropic" paddle now to support financial assistance and operations of the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center.

Live Entertainment
When the music begins, the ruach, which means spirit, fills the room. Celebrate with high energy live music, hit the dance floor, and relive the joy of camp in the most grown up way possible. This is Camp Jaycee spirit, Patron Party style.

Silent Auction
Our Silent Auction features curated experiences, exclusive packages, and a few camp inspired surprises. From cultural events to family fun to unforgettable getaways, every bid helps send more kids to Camp Jaycee and strengthens the programs that happen here all year long.

Cocktail Hour
Start the evening with a spirited welcome reception inspired by Camp Jaycee. Enjoy craft cocktails, elevated camp classics, and the kind of easy laughter that feels like reunion night. Reconnect with fellow supporters and celebrate the camp community you help make possible.

Dinner Stations
Dinner is served with a touch of camp nostalgia and plenty of sophistication. Explore chef driven stations, seasonal favorites, and playful sweet treats that nod to summer nights at Camp Jaycee, reimagined for a Patron celebration.
