Ai is a skilled Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a focus on improving mobility, joint health, and overall wellness through personalized, holistic programs. With a background in dance and shiatsu massage, Ai has a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics and the connection between physical and mental well-being.
Since transitioning to personal training in 2016, Ai has worked with clients facing a range of challenges, including Parkinson’s, arthritis, scoliosis, chronic back pain, SI joint dysfunction, and herniated discs. She combines Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), weight training, and nutrition coaching to create tailored solutions for each individual, helping them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life.
Ai’s approach is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel empowered in their body regardless of their condition. Her programs are designed not only to improve physical strength and flexibility but to foster confidence and a positive relationship with movement and nutrition.
