The session begins with a high-energy cycling workout, featuring a series of intervals to elevate your heart rate and build endurance. Afterward, the focus shifts to 15 minutes of floor-based core exercises designed to strengthen and stabilize your abdominal and back muscles. This combination offers a full-body workout that boosts cardiovascular fitness and core strength in one effective session
